Winning Here: Lib Dems in the North West

Recent weeks have seen a summer of Lib Dem council byelection wins in the North West.
In August we held a seat in South Lakeland.
Later that month we won six seats in one night - four holds and two gains, in Morecambe and Ribble Valley.
On September 23rd, we won seats in Kendal.
Then at the end of September we gained a seat in Penrith on Eden Council.
