Lib Dem GAIN in Pendle

The Liberal Democrats won yesterday's Vivary Bridge byelection in Pendle.
We gained the seat from the Conservatives who slumped to third place.
Lib Dem Andy Bell becomes our ninth borough councillor:
Liberal Democrat: 388 [34.9%, +3.5%]
Reform: 358 [32.2%, new]
Conservative: 244 [22.0%, -16.9%]
Labour: 121 [10.9%, -11.9%]
