Another gain in Preston

The LIb Dems have gained another council seat in Preston.
The byelection for Lea and Larches ward was held on the same day as the General Election.
Sean Little took 1210 votes for the Lib Dems to Labour's 1077 with a Conservative and an Independent trailing far behind.
This means there are now 13 Lib Dems on Preston council - up from 7 before the May elections.
