Coalition Programme
The full text of the Liberal Democrat and Conservative coalition government’s agreement and plan for the coming five years has been launched today by party leaders Nick Clegg and David Cameron.
The agreement is characterised by three distinct themes of freedom, fairness and responsibility.
“This is a programme for fundamental and comprehensive reform,” said Nick Clegg at the launch this morning. “Detailed ideas for changes that will make your life better. From now on, we get down to work.”
